A little easier to use.

Our accessibility approach, the features available on this site and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our aim

Kivo Studios wants Blink to be usable by people with different abilities, devices and ways of navigating. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and development target. This is a target, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.

This statement covers the Blink marketing website. Native app accessibility needs separate testing on iOS and Android with the assistive technologies people use there.

Features on the website

  • Semantic headings, navigation landmarks, a skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus.
  • Text labels for forms and buttons, descriptive image alternatives, and decorative artwork hidden from assistive technology.
  • Responsive single-column reading layouts, a collapsible page contents list on smaller screens and a mobile footer that reads from top to bottom.
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences, without requiring animation to read content or follow a link.
  • Native expandable FAQ answers and status messages for search, forms and saved privacy choices.

Known boundaries

An independent accessibility audit has not been completed. Marketing app screenshots contain small interface text; the surrounding HTML copy describes the relevant features. The website and the app support English, Dutch, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Polish.

Email draft buttons rely on an email application being configured. A visible email address is provided as an alternative. Third-party pages, when you follow an external link, have their own accessibility characteristics.

Report a barrier

Contact support@blinkdate.app with the page URL, what you were trying to do and the device, browser or assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing those details. Tell us which format or alternative would help.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability. We will use the report to understand the barrier; we do not promise a fixed response time or an immediate fix before assessing it.
